Wing - Drone delivery 4+

Fast delivery and great service

Our local Coles has just started this service so I used it today and got the free Tim Tams delivered to try it out.
The order arrived within 5 mins and they even added a free bottle of water.
I was so impressed, I ordered a couple of soft drinks later in the day. Items cost the same as usual price in store and there was no delivery fee.
My son and his girlfriend then decided to place an order and ordered 3 items which were scheduled to arrive in 2 deliveries. The third item wasn’t available so the second delivery was cancelled by Wing but they immediately refunded the full cost of the order.
I’d highly recommend and will definitely be using again and hope more local stores start offering the service.

Awesome

I am disabled and today my 12 year old grandson wanted Sushi for lunch. The easiest way to get this was through Wing Delivery. Our order was placed and received by Sushi Hub and we awaited the 3 packages to be delivered. We received 2 of them but due to rain the 3rd was unable to be delivered. I thank wing for refunding the cost even though 75 % of our order was delivered. I have used Wing since it first started and will continue to use it as long as it is around. Thank you Wing.

Not happy

I was so excited to use this app for the first time today because being in iso, I was desperate for coffee! I ordered 3 one for me and my parents. It was going well to start with but after waiting 30 mins nothing had arrived so i decided to check the apps order history… and come to find out there is nothing on the page, it was a blank page, even though it said it was 16 min wait since putting the order through. Anyways decided reorder again incase there was an error on my end but after confirming orders, a pop up came up and “looks like something went wrong with placing the order”. I was looking forward to having coffee ended up Very disappointed, this app is not very reliable!
