Wing - Drone delivery

really love the idea of the service. a couple things are missing right now in the app #1 you can't move the delivery site or have more than one option for delivery. it auto picks the spot which happened to be in the middle of a tree on my yard according to their satellite image. luckily the tree had been cut down so it works, but I would much rather have been able to pick a spot in my fenced in back yard #2 - need order queue or save order vs being bounced out if they are too busy

It is not easy to identify what the delivery zones are, also you are unable to update your address from the app. I'm sure if you are lucky enough to be within the correct zone, the app and delivery service are fine. However, since you are only delivering to a few areas, it is likely that for large majority of the customers first interaction with your app will be a frustrating one. Sadly, this does not create an overall good impression or user experience of the product or service.

It doesn't work all the time and most of the things cost too much. when it does work its a good app but it keeps turning off saying it needs to find a suitable place to land even though nothing is in the area that it usually drops in and there are plenty more places for it to land again and give me my supplies. It is quite amazing seeing it come over to the house and drop the box off but that's only when it wants to work.
